What would you like to affirm today?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for November 20, 2008:

I trust the peace and love I feel inside myself.  I remember when I used to be afraid to look at my mistakes, and I would act odd.  I feel grateful for new life.  It takes discipline and humility that I didn't have before because didn't want them; I was focused on hiding and pretending.  My motivation is to give back to God - God in others, God in everything, God in myself - the love I have been given.  I imagine large numbers of people feeling peaceful and loving inside and having the courage to act in accord with their inner experience.  Real peacemakers in the world.

Do you give yourself enough time?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 28, 2008:

I've been taking my potential activities into morning meditation (my community meditates together daily) and asking God what God wants me to do - It's a lot more relaxing than trying to accomplish things alone, and I feel myself carried by the love where I used to feel worried about getting things done.

What do you think about when you're feeling down?

Posted on Aug 19th, 2008 by Suzanna : grateful for many blessings Suzanna
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 19, 2008:

Thinking doesn't help me if I'm feeling down.  In meditation, I go in as deeply as I can to God.  I look for when the anger started, what the thought was.  I use my spiritual tools, especially forgiveness, to lift the darkness out of me.
I feel grateful for real spiritual teachers.  If you're looking for a transformative path, check out CentersOfLight.org.
